Institute of Botany after A. Takhtajyan NAS RA 

Founded in 1938, the Institute of Botany is one of Armenia's leading scientific research institutions purposefully engaged in the study of biodiversity and conservation action, with over 80 years of contribution to national biodiversity reports, protected areas management plans, and conservation research.

AUA Acopian Center for the Environment

For over two decades, the AUA Acopian Center has been at the forefront of advancing environmental research, education, and policy dialogue in Armenia, with work spanning biodiversity protection, sustainable resource management, green energy, and integrating environmental considerations into urban planning.

As Armenia's capital city and an IUCN Member, Yerevan Municipality is advancing urban biodiversity through green infrastructure expansion, native species planting, air quality monitoring, and nature-inclusive city planning — contributing to the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework's goals for urban nature access.

ArAves aims to build bridges between nature and people, mobilise local communities for biodiversity conservation, and drive changes in attitudes toward nature and birds — working toward a vision of Armenian wildlife and habitats better protected through collaboration between the state, NGOs, and civil society.

Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets

Armenia's leading wildlife conservation organization and a BirdLife International Partner. FPWC operates the Caucasus Wildlife Refuge — a 30,000-hectare privately protected area — a Wildlife Rescue Centre, and large-scale reforestation programs, and convenes the SunChild International Environmental Film Festival.

SunChild drives environmental awareness and action through multiple programs — from the SunChild International Environmental Film Festival, one of the South Caucasus's leading platforms for conservation storytelling, to youth EcoClubs, environmental education initiatives, and hands-on tree-planting and conservation programs across Armenia.
